主な結果/Results

日本語
介入前の25DはVD群13.1±6.4 ng/ml、対照群15.7±7.9 ng/ml (p=0.069)。VD群を中央値でわけ低25D群(25D 8.1±6.4 ng/ml)、高25D群(25D 18.4±4.6 ng/ml)とした。FGF23濃度は低25D群では101.8 (56.3, 159.8) pg/ml→99.0 (46.0, 142.9) pg/ml (p=0.282)と変化なかったが、高25D群では58.0 (22.8, 107.3) pg/ml→58.7 (26.6, 147.6) pg/ml (p=0.047)と有意に増加した。またiPTHは低25D群、高25D群ともに有意に低下した。対照群ではいずれも変化なかった。

We enrolled 80 participants in Nagaoka Red-Cross Hospital. The patients were aged 20 years or older and CKD stage G3 and 4 (15 ml/min/1.73m2 < eGFR < 60 ml/min/1.73m2).
