帝王切開または経膣分娩となった症例のうち事前に子宮内胎児死亡を診断されていた分娩についてその特徴を考察し, 麻酔管理の要点や母体の転帰を抽出することを目的とする.

To consider the characteristics of deliveries that had been diagnosed with intrauterine fetal death prior to cesarean or vaginal deliveries, and to extract the main points of anesthesia management and the maternal outcomes.
