心電図補正QT時間の延長は致死性不整脈の発症や死亡率に関連していると報告されている。本研究の目的は2型糖尿病患者の心電図補正QT時間の変化やそれに関連する因子を明らかにすることである。

2014年1月から2014年12月までに日本医科大学付属病院に血糖管理目的に入院した2型糖尿病患者。

英語
Patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to Nippon Medical School Hospital for glycemic control during January 2014 - December 2014.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
心房細動、コントロールされていない内分泌疾患、ステロイド治療中、血液透析、感染症、治療中の悪性腫瘍、ケトアシドーシス。

英語
atrial fibrillation, uncontrolled endocrine disease, receiving steroid therapy, hemodialysis, infection, malignant tumor under treatment and ketoacidosis.

主な結果/Results

日本語
入院期間中にQTcは439msから427msに短縮した。QTcの変化は空腹時の血糖値の変化やGAの変化と統計学的有意に正の相関を示していた。
インスリン投与量とQTcの変化には統計学的有意な関連はなかった。
重回帰分析では空腹時血糖値の変化がQTcの変化と統計学的有意に関連していた。

QTc was shortened from 439ms to 427ms during hospitalization.
changes in QTc was positively correlated with the changes in fasting plasma glucose and glycated albumin following insulin therapy, but not with the final dose of insulin.
The multiple regression analyses revealed that changes in FPG was independently associated with changes in QTc.
