健常成人、事前に特別な足趾エクササイズをしていないもの

A sample of 40 subjects (20 men and 20 women) volunteered for the study.
None of the subjects had prior personal experience with the toe exercise training utilized in the study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

過去６ヶ月以内に、足趾や足部の痛みや障害で医療機関に携わっていないもの

The study exclusion criteria were any sign of leg pain, medical history, and evidence of musculoskeletal disease or neurological disease within the previous 6 months that could affect the motor function.
