選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

①主治医より慢性GVHDであると説明を受けている
②外来通院を継続している
③造血器腫瘍の再発の徴候がない
④造血細胞移植後3年以内
⑤慢性GVHD診断基準重症度判定スコア１～３
⑥同居家族がいる
⑦主治医や担当看護師が研究参加は可能であると判断している
⑧日本語でのコミュニケーションが可能
⑨研究の趣旨を理解し、参加に同意が得られている

continue foreign going to hospital
There is not the sign of the recurrence
of blood forming organ tumor
It is less than three years after hematopoietic cell transplant

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

①慢性GVHD診断基準重症度判定スコア3以上で入院治療を要するもの
②原疾患の再発で入院治療中のもの
③薬物治療や専門的認知行動療法の対象となる抑うつやうつ病と診断されているもの
④心身の苦痛が著しく看護プログラムへの参加が負担となるもの
⑤日本語でのコミュニケーションが不可能なもの
⑥研究参加に同意の得られないもの
