全症例では、HLA A33, B44, Cw3, DR6, DR8, DR9 and DQ4頻度が低値であり、このような抗原は、癌発生に抑制的に働いていると考えられた。

1990年スタート当時は観察研究と考えられていたが、今日では、介入研究とされているので、今回の登録は介入研究として登録した。JCTB研究会内で、ヘルシンキ宣言に基づき、倫理、プロトコール委員会で議論した。

When we started this clinical research in 1990 our research was thought as observational research, but now as interventional type. Then we selected the interventional research form.
JCTB Research Board discussed our research protocol based on the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki.
