目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
筋性疼痛に対する電気刺激療法の中枢性鎮痛メカニズムを解明するため、筋性疼痛患者を対象に電気刺激した前後での安静時脳機能結合変化を近赤外線分光法および脳波を用いて検討する。

To shed light on the neuronal mechanism of analgesic action of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation for chronic musculoskeletal pain, we examine the changes in resting-state functional connectivity before and after electrical stimulation therapy in patients with musculoskeletal pain using Near-infrared spectroscopy and electroencephalography.

1)20歳以上の者
2)3か月以上頚部に痛みを訴える者
3)僧帽筋上にトリガーポイントが認められるもの

英語
1)Patients over 20 years of age
2)Patients who complain of neck pain over 3month from the onset
3)Patients with trapezius myofascial trigger points

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1)過去に頸部に対する手術が行われている者
2)頸椎の骨折または脱臼を有する者
3)神経学的所見に異常が認められる者
1)過去に頸部に対する手術が行われている者
2)頸椎の骨折または脱臼を有する者
3)神経学的所見に異常が認められる者
4)鎮痛薬服用を要する者
5)全身性に痛みを訴える、または関節リウマチ、腫瘍等の転移、線維性筋痛症、脊椎または椎間板の腫瘍、感染症、あるいは全身性疼痛の原因となるその他の疾患の既往を有する者
6)妊娠中の者
7)研究1ヶ月以内に頸部痛に関してマッサージ、鍼灸、神経ブロック治療等、他の治療を受けた者
8)現在または過去に交通事故により鞭打ちの負傷経験がある者

1)Patients with a history of neck surgery
2)Patients with cervical fracture or dislocation
3)Patients with an abnormality in neurologic findings
4)Patients who take analgesic drug
5)Patients who have a history of complaints of systemic pain or a history of rheumatoid arthritis, metastasis such as tumor, fibromyalgia, tumors of the spine or intervertebral disc, infectious diseases, or systemic pain
6)pregnant woman
7)Patients who had treatments (massage, acupuncture, nerve block treatment, etc.) for neck pain within one month
8) Patients with a history of whiplash injury caused by traffic accidents
