目的/Objectives

本研究では、女性の性周期に連動して出現する月経前症候群や月経困難症などの月経随伴症状に対して、セルフケアによる継続的な睡眠コントロールが症状の改善に役立つかについて検討する。女性の性周期に伴う身体的・精神的諸症状は仕事への意欲や活動にも影響し、女性の社会進出にも影響している。こうした症状に対して様々な療法が行われているが、我々は生命活動の基本である睡眠が充実することで症状の改善が図れるのではないかと考えた。先行調査ではPMSと睡眠の相関が認められている。我々は、本学女子学生を対象に行った睡眠と月経随伴症状に関するアンケート調査を行い、睡眠に問題を抱える者は通常Menstrual Distress Questionnaire が低値を示す月経後も高値を示し続けることを示唆した。そして、非侵襲性の微細突起を足底の睡眠に有効とされる経穴に貼付する方法を選択したところ、入眠と睡眠維持に有用である可能性を報告した。
今回我々は、睡眠と月経の関係について非侵襲性微細突起を用いた方法で検討することとした。鍼灸の臨床研究は研究機関内、特に学生を対象とした方法が多く、バイアスが大きいことから臨床での実現可能性に懐疑的な意見が多い。本研究では、開業女性鍼灸師を中心とした外部団体に協力を仰ぎ、多施設臨床機関による症例検討を行う。一般治療院による多施設臨床研究は非常に稀であり、本研究はそのデザイン自体が鍼灸業界にとって画期的なものである。そして、非侵襲性の微細突起を足底の睡眠に有効とされる経穴に貼付する方法を選択したところ、入眠と睡眠維持に有用である可能性を報告した。
今回我々は、睡眠と月経の関係について非侵襲性微細突起を用いた方法で検討することとした。鍼灸の臨床研究は研究機関内、特に学生を対象とした方法が多く、バイアスが大きいことから臨床での実現可能性に懐疑的な意見が多い。本研究では、開業女性鍼灸師を中心とした外部団体に協力を仰ぎ、多施設臨床機関による症例検討を行う。一般治療院による多施設臨床研究は非常に稀であり、本研究はそのデザイン自体が鍼灸業界にとって画期的なものである。

In this study, we will investigate whether continuous sleep control by self-care can improve symptoms for menstrual symptoms such as premenstrual syndrome and dysmenorrhea that appear in conjunction with the female sexual cycle. Although various treatments have been performed for menstruation-related symptoms, we thought that it would be possible to improve the symptoms by improving sleep, which is the basis of life activities.
A preliminary survey has shown a correlation between PMS and sleep.
And when we chose the method of sticking non-invasive micro-protrusions to the acupuncture point that is effective for sleep in the sole, we reported that it might be useful for sleep onset and sleep maintenance.
Here, we decided to study the relationship between sleep and menstruation using noninvasive microprotrusions.There are many methods for clinical research of hemorrhoids in research institutes, especially for students, and there is a lot of skepticism about clinical feasibility because of large bias. In this study, we will seek out cooperation with external organizations centered on female acupuncturists, and case studies will be conducted by multicenter clinical institutions. Multi-institutional clinical research by the general hospital is very rare, and the design itself is revolutionary for the acupuncture industry.

毎月月経があり、月経周期は正常範囲内の者。
月経随伴症状を有しMDQ高値の者
規則正しい睡眠習慣を有するがPSQI　10点以上の者
