聖マリアンナ医科大学病院にて、潰瘍性大腸炎、クローン病、腸管型ベーチェット病、関節リウマチ・膠原病またはその疑いと診断された患者、および聖マリアンナ医科大学病院を受診した健常人。聖マリアンナ医科大学・大学病院の教職員等関係者である健常人。

Patients diagnosed and suspected as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, intestinal Behcet's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and collagen diseases in St. Marianna University Hospital. Healthy individuals who visited St. Marianna University Hospital and who are staff members of St. Marianna University School of Medicine and St. Marianna University Hospital.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

中程度以上の貧血を示すなど、採血が適当でないと判断される患者

主要評価項目評価の方法：参加者の血清より弱陽イオン交換によりペプチドを抽出し、質量分析にて網羅的にイオン強度を測定する。得られたイオン強度を用いた多変量解析により、炎症性腸疾患の判別モデルを作成し評価する。

Methods for Evaluation of Primary Outcome:
Peptides are extracted from sera of the patients and healthy individuals by weak cation exchange, and ion intesity of the peptides are comprehensively measured by mass spectrometry. Discriminant models for inflammatory bowel diseases are generated and validated using the ion intensity by multivariate analysis.
