本研究の目的は、介護老人福祉施設に入居する高齢者の口腔ケア自立度部分介助の方への口腔ケアの介入をし、現在の口腔ケアと介入口腔ケアとでOAGの合計点数および項目ごとの改善度を比較することである。

介入群：ベースラインの試料採取後、口腔ケアを指導する。翌日から、次の試料採取まで2週間、昼食後の口腔ケアで粘膜ブラシを使用して2分間、対象者自身で口腔清掃を実施する。

Intervention group:The intervention group directs oral care after baseline sampling.
From the next day until the next sampling, the subject will perform oral cleaning for 2 minutes using a mucosal brush for oral care after lunch for 2 minutes.
