減少傾向にある青少年期の食事中の咀嚼回数を、チューイングガムを用いた咀嚼運動トレーニングで補完すると，咬合力や運動能力発揮にどのような影響を及ぼすか検討する。

特製キシリトールガム（ロッテ製）を用いたガム咀嚼運動トレーニングを30日間行ってもらう。トレーニング実施時間帯の指定なし、咀嚼ペースも指定なしの自由咀嚼とする。チェックシートを用いて保護者に実施記録をつけてもらう。
1回2粒、1回あたり5分間、1日３回

英語
Have a gum chewing exercise training using special xylitol gum (Lotte) done for 30 days. Without designation of training time zone, free chewing without designation of chewing pace. Ask parents to record implementation records using check sheets.

Group A: 2 tablets at a time, 5 minutes per dose, once a day
