この研究の目的は、生物心理社会的モデルの多面的な視点から、頸部痛患者の痛みの強さと障害に影響を及ぼす要因を調査することである。

Older than 18 and younger than 80 years, patients with unilateral or bilateral neck pain.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

中枢神経疾患，前庭・聴覚・視力の障害，明らかな神経障害，頚部の手術の既往，脊椎・脊髄の深刻な病変（癌，炎症性関節炎，新鮮骨折），妊娠中

Any neurological disorders, problems with vision and hearing, vestibular pathology, or other neurological deficits, had undergone any previous spinal surgery, were diagnosed with serious spinal pathology (cancer, inflammatory arthropathy, or acute vertebral fracture), or were currently pregnant.

参加者背景/Baseline Characteristics

日本語
整形外科を受診する外来患者であり，頸部痛を有する患者200名程度とする. 対象者は20歳以上80歳未満であり，本研究に関する説明を行い同意が得られた者とする.精神疾患の既往がある者，背椎及び脊髄に重篤な病理（癌，腫瘍，骨折）が存在する者，頚椎及び頸髄の手術の既往がある者は本研究の対象からは除外することとした。

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

現在通院中の外来患者・新規外来患者に対して対象基準に該当する患者を選定し，研究の主旨と個人情報の保護について説明し，同意の得られた患者には署名を求める.　次に，各種評価項目，画像データを収集し，得られた情報の分析・解析を実施する。

評価項目/Outcome measures

日本語
対象者の属性(性別・年齢・身長・就労の有無）に対し，アンケート形式で質問し回答を得た。初回評価において，能力障害，疼痛強度，破局的思考，運動恐怖感，不公平感に関してそれぞれ特異的質問紙票を用いて評価した。さらに身体機能評価として頸部関節可動域，構造学的評価として単純X線画像による椎体変性所見，脊柱管狭窄率，矢状面アライメントを評価した。
