１）自宅療養され、訪問看護を受けている方
２）意識レベルがクリアな方
３）体動が激しくない方
４）言葉や文字により、コミュニケーションがとれる方

1)Home treatment patient who receives home nursing care
2)Level and awareness:Clear
3)Body movements:Moderate
4)Patient who can communicate with verbal or non-verbal as pen talk
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
１）現在、心身の症状や苦痛が強い方
２）意識レベルがクリアでない方
３）バイタルサインが不安定な方
４）20分程度、同じ体位を保つことが難しい方、体動が激しい方
５）研究説明に対する理解や認知機能に支障がある方、こちらの問いかけに対する反応が難しい方

1)severe mental and physical symptoms and pain.
2)Level and awareness:not clear
3)Unstable vital signs
4)Not keeping same position for 20 minutes, or in a strong movement
5)difficulty to understand what we say, or to recognize. No or poor response for our question.
