20歳代女性に対して、子宮頸がんの予防に向けた教育プログラムを実施する介入群と未実施の対照群の，子宮頸がんの知識と子宮頸がん検診の健康信念尺度による意識の変化を比較し、子宮頸がん検診への受診行動に対する教育プログラムの効果を評価する。

We compared the changes in the awareness in cervical cancer screening knowledge and health belief standards between a group of women in their 20s which took an educational program for cervical cancer prevention and a group which did not.
Furthermore, we evaluated the effectiveness of educational programs toward cervical cancer screening.

主な結果/Results

初回と6か月後，1年後調査のHBMSCCPST下位尺度と知識の二元配置分散分析を行い，｢子宮頸がん｣(p=0.00)に交互作用を，｢子宮頸がん検診｣(p=0.00)と｢健康な生活｣(p=0．00)に主効果を認めた．初回調査との変化量では介入群は｢子宮頸がん｣(p=0．027)｢子宮頸がん検診｣(p=0.016)の知識が対照群より有意に高かった．子宮頸がん検診の受診(ｐ=0.26)に両群に有意差はなかったが，受診者と未受診者では｢利益｣｢重大性｣｢罹患性｣に小程度の効果量を認めた．

Main effects were observed in Cervical Cancer Screening (p = 0.00) and Healthy Lifestyles (p = 0.00).Regarding the amount of change from the initial survey, knowledge scores in the Cervical Cancer (p = 0.027) and Cervical Cancer Screening (p = 0.016) categories were significantly higher in the intervention group than in the control group.
