選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1) DST吻合を伴う大腸がん切除術適応症例
2) 大腸がんの病期、浸潤度は問わない
3) Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) の Performance Statusが0か1である
4) American Society of Anesthetists (ASA) - Physical Statusがclass 1か2である
5) 同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上80歳未満である
6) 本研究の参加について文書による同意が得られている

英語
1) Patient who is planed to receive colorectal dissection and anastomosis with DST.
2) Any T, N, M, Stage is allowed.
3) Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) Performance Status is 0 or 1.
4) American Society of Anesthetists (ASA) - Physical Status is class 1 or 2.
5) Patient's age is 20 years or more and less than 80 years.
6) Written informed consent is obtained for participation in this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 大腸多発がんなどで2か所以上の吻合を行う予定の患者
2) 重複癌による他臓器同時切除を予定している患者
3) 腹腔内の感染（腹膜炎や腹腔内膿瘍）を有する患者
4) その他、担当医が不適応と判断した症例

1) Patient who is planed to receive two or more anastomoses due to multiple colorectal cancer
2) Patient scheduled to undergo simultaneous resection of other organs due to double cancer
3) Patient with intraperitoneal infection (peritonitis or intraabdominal abscess)
4) Patient who is judged not suitable for this study by the doctor.
