評価項目は血圧、自律神経活性度（LF/HFパワースペクトラム解析)、血中ストレスホルモン（ノルアドレナリン、アドレナリン、レニン、アルドステロン）

鍼通電刺激を左右の足三里穴太衝穴に通電を3.3～3.5Vで2Hz10分間行う。その後、握力運動を最大筋力の30%にて3分間の持続把握を行いその直後にデータの採取を行う。採血は安静臥位開始１５分後と持続把握運動終了後の２回行う

Electricacupuncture energize at both sites for LR3 and ST36, and apply power to 3.3-3.5V for 2Hz for 10 minutes. After that, the grasping movement is continuously grasped for 3 minutes at 30% of the maximum muscle strength, and data is collected immediately after that. Collect blood twice 15 minutes after the start of resting position and after the end of continuous grasping exercise

鍼通電刺激の手順は行うが刺鍼は行わず、機械の操作も行うものの実際の通電は行われない。握力運動は介入1と同様に行い、介入1と同じ内容のデータ収集を行う。

Although the procedure of energization stimulation is performed, the stimulation is not performed and the machine is operated, but the actual energization is not performed. Grip exercise is performed in the same way as Intervention 1, and the same data collection as Intervention 1 is performed.
