選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

①2019年度ストレス診断で下記１）～４）すべてに該当する社員。
１）睡眠に関する質問
「よく眠れない」の問いに「ほとんどいつもあった」「しばしばあった」を選択した社員
２） ワークエンゲージメントに関する質問
「仕事をしていると、活力がみなぎるように感じる」に「ちがう」「ややちがう」を選択した社員
３） 「ゆううつだ」の問いに「ちがう」「ややちがう」を選択した社員

②①の社員の中で、sleepscopeを実施し、デルタパワーが低い、かつ睡眠効率が低い対象者

(1) Employees who met all of the following 1) to 4) in the 2019 stress diagnosis and obtained consent for the purpose of this study
1) Questions about sleep
Employees who choose almost 'always' or 'frequently' in response to the question not sleep well
2) Questions regarding business engagement
Employees who chose 'No' or 'Slightly different' for I feel full of energy when I work.
3) Employees who chose 'No' or 'Slightly different' in the 'Melancholy' question

(2) Among the employees in (1), employees with sleep scopes, low delta power, and low sleep efficiency
