選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

米国麻酔学会術前状態分類1および2に該当する腹腔鏡手術予定の患者で，術後鎮痛の為に腹腔鏡下腹直筋鞘ブロックとエコー下腹直筋鞘ブロックについてICが得られている患者とする．

The patients whose American Society of Anesthesiologists Physica Status are 1 - 2, planned to laparoscopic surgery and agree to laparoscopic rectus sheath block or ultrasound-guided rectus sheath block for postoperative analgesia are enrolled in this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
悪性腫瘍が強く疑われる症例，妊婦，局所麻酔薬へのアレルギー，重症の肝・腎機能障害
透析，凝固障害（抗血小板薬、抗凝固薬を周術期で内服する患者），術前からの神経障害の存在，開腹（移行）症例，開腹手術の既往、硬膜外麻酔併用
鎮痛薬内服中（アセトアミノフェン、ロキソプロフェン、ジクロフェナク、ペンタゾシン、オピオイド），研究の説明文書の内容が理解できない患者，アルコール中毒，創部感染，BMI＞30の患者

Malignant tumor strongly suspected, pregnant woman, allergy to local anesthetics, severe liver / renal dysfunction
Dialysis, coagulopathy (patients who take antiplatelet drugs or anticoagulants during the perioperative period), presence of preoperative neuropathy, laparotomy (transition), epidural anesthesia
Patients taking analgesics (acetaminophen, loxoprofen, diclofenac, pentazocine, opioid), patients who cannot understand the contents of the research explanation document, alcoholism, wound infection, BMI> 30
