日本語
急性期病院から自宅退院に至った軽症脳梗塞患者に対して従来の歩行とノルディックポールを用いた歩行を行い、身体活動量、心肺運動負荷試験や身体機能を評価し、比較検討すること。

自宅でノルディックポールを週3回以上、1回30分以上実施するように指導する。退院後6ヶ月まで継続する。

1:初回脳梗塞（TIA含む）
2：20歳以上
3：入院後1週間以内に歩行が自立
4：入院前から歩行が自立
5：自宅退院後に当院へ通院が可能
6：文書で本研究に同意が得られている

英語
1:Initial cerebral infarction(including TIA)
2:Over 20 years old
3:Walking is independent within one week after hospitalization.
4:Walking is independent before hospitalization.
5:Can go to our hospital after leaving home
6:Consent to this study in writing.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1：身体活動量計を継続して装着できない
2：歩行運動に支障をきたすような心肺、運動器疾患などの既往がある
3：心肺運動負荷試験の結果に影響するような薬物を投与されている
4：認知機能が低下し指示に従えない
5：登録前28日以内に他の臨床研究に参加している

1:Cannot wear physical activity meter continuously.
2:History of cardiopulmonary disorders and motor disorders that interfere with walking.
3:Administering drugs that affect the results of the cardiopulmonary exercise test.
4:Cognitive function declines and cannot follow instructions
5:Participating in other clinical studies within 28 day prior to registration.

主な結果/Results

日本語
身体活動量は入院時に比べ退院後に向上し、最大酸素摂取量は入院時から退院後3カ月時点まで維持されていた。症例数が少なく、ノルディックポールの使用による有意差は認めなかった。

Physical activity increased after discharge compared to admission , and maximal oxygen uptake was maintained from admission to 3 months after charge. Due to the small number of cases , there was no significant difference due to the use of the Nordic pole.
