糖尿病診療拠点病院・中核病院が存在しない糖尿病医療過疎地域において、かかりつけ主治医に通院する高齢糖尿病患者に対して、IoTやICT医療を導入し、生活習慣の遠隔介入を行うことにより、糖尿病の重症化防止、食習慣及び身体機能の向上が可能かを探索的に情報収集する

個人のスマートホンを所有し、自分で操作を行える。
本人の意思による同意が文書で得られる。

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

2型糖尿病以外の糖尿病患者。
透析治療中の患者。
研究代表者・分担者が不適当と認めた患者。

主な結果/Results

日本語
主要評価項目について、介入前に比べ、介入6か月後では体重や体組成に有意な変化を認めたが、BMI、HbA1c値、血圧は有意な変化を認めなかった。
身体機能は，握力や歩行速度に変化はなかった。椅子立ち上がりの動作は有意ではないが、早くなる傾向がみられた。歩数、運動実施頻度は有意に増加し、介入期間中の運動習慣の向上がみられた。食事（食習慣）についての評価は、栄養素摂取量と食品群別摂取量について有意な変化はみられなかった。食生活状況アンケートを用いた食習慣評価では食習慣に有意な改善をみとめた。
