1)体操や趣味活動等を行い、介護予防に資すると市町村が判断する通いの場である
2)通いの場の運営主体は住民である
3)通いの場の運営について、市町村が財政的支援（地域支援事業の一次予防事業、地域支援事業の任意事業、市町村の独自事業等）を行っているものに限らない
4)月 1 回以上の活動実績があること
個人単位
1)リスクがある者や健康状態に不安のある者は医師の同意書得たもの

2)運動と評価の実施に制限をもたらす循環器疾患、呼吸器疾患、神経疾患、整形外科疾患を有する者
3)コミュニケーションが不可能な構音障害・失語症を有する者
4)65歳未満の者
