主な結果/Results

日本語
筋膜マニピュレーション群（FM群）の介入直後の反応時間（RT：Reaction Time）、運動時間（MT：Motor Time）、最大筋活動到達時間（TPA：Time to Peak Activity）、最大筋力到達時間（TPF：Time to Peak Force）は介入前と比較し有意に低値を示し、介入1週間後のRT、MT、TPA、TPFも介入前と比較し有意に低値を示した。また、他群との比較においてもFM群は他群と比較し介入直後、介入1週間後に有意に低値を示した。

The Reaction Time (RT), Motor Time (MT), Time to Peak Force (TPF) and Time to Peak Activity (TPA)of the FM group were significantly shorter immediately after or one week after the intervention compared with those before the intervention. The RT, MT, TPA and TPF of the FM group were significantly shorter than SS group or C group immediately after or one week after the intervention.

上肢に著明な整形外科的疾患および神経学的疾患の既往がない健常成人60 名（男30名、女性30名　平均年齢26.4）

We recruited sixty healthy adult participants (30 males and 30 females, mean age: 26.4 years old). Participants had no history of traumatic injury or impairment of their upper limbs.
