日本語
気管支喘息の増悪因子として睡眠時無呼吸症候群があるが、国内で検討した報告はなく、合併している頻度は不明である。そこで、気管支喘息患者に睡眠時無呼吸症候群の簡易検査を行い、合併している頻度を検討する。また、同時に、喘息の重症度、増悪頻度、健康関連QOL、ACT（喘息コントロール）、SF-12（包括的QOL）、AHQ-Japan（喘息QOL）、F-scale（GERD有無）、LCQ(レスター咳質問票)、ESS（眠気）、PSQI（睡眠の質））などを評価し、それらとの関係を評価する。

Sleep apnea syndrome is an exacerbating factor of bronchial asthma, but there are no reports that examined it in Japan, and the frequency of the complications is unknown. Therefore, a simple test for sleep apnea syndrome is performed on patients with bronchial asthma to examine the frequency of complications. At the same time, asthma severity, exacerbation frequency, health-related QOL, ACT (asthma control), SF-12 (comprehensive QOL), AHQ-Japan (asthma QOL), F-scale (GERD presence / absence), LCQ (Lester Cough questionnaire), ESS (sleepiness), PSQI (sleep quality), etc., and the relationship with them.

2か月以上定期通院している外来患者
過去2か月喘息の治療内容に変更や増悪がない
質問票が自己記入できる

対象は２０歳以上の成人で、気管支喘息患者に対して睡眠時無呼吸の簡易検査を行う。募集期間は予定症例数の200例が集まった時点。
