選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

表在感覚障害者
①同意取得時に20歳以上80歳未満の男女
②糖尿病に由来する末梢神経障害の診断を受けている人
③足指に軽度～中程度の表在感覚障害を1年間以上有する人。
④本研究参加にあたり十分な説明をうけた後、十分な理解の上、研究対象者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた人

健常者
①同意取得時に20歳以上80歳未満の男女
②本研究参加にあたり十分な説明をうけた後，十分な理解の上，研究対象者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた人

Patients
1. Aged between 20 and 80 years old
2. Individuals who have been diagnosised as patients with peripheral neuropathy derived from diabetes mellitus
3. Individuals who have mild or moderate superficial sensory disorders in their toes
4. Capability of informed consent based on their own decision

Healthy subjects
1. Aged between 20 and 80 years old
2. Capability of informed consent based on their own decision

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①頭部外傷の既往がある人
②脳および脊髄に器質的な疾患を有する、またはその既往がある人
③足指の表在感覚障害が著明（重度鈍麻～脱失）である人
④足指および足部に強い疼痛やしびれがある人
⑤手指の運動機能に問題がある人
⑥薬物依存の既往あるいは現在症がある人
⑦意識混濁、けいれん発作、てんかんなどの既往がある人
⑧慢性的な頭痛の症状のある人
⑨頭部MRI測定にリスクを伴う人
⑩TMSの施行にリスクが伴う人
⑪研究者が不適当と判断したもの

1. Individuals with a history of head trauma
2. Individuals with a history of organic brain or spinal cord disease
3. Individuals with heavy superficial sensory disorders
4. Individuals with heavy pain sensation and nubness in their foots or toes
5. Individuals with motor dysfunction in their fingers
6. Individuals with a history or current history of drug dependence
7. Individuals who have a history of disorders of consciousness and/or seizure
8. Individuals who have a chronic headache
9. Individuals who are unable to undergo MRI
10. Individuals who are unable to undergo TMS
11. Individuals that researchers decide that they are inappropriate for study participation
