主な結果/Results

日本語
介入前後のMini-MentalStateExaminationsのスコアと身体機能検査を比較したところ、シナプソロジーは介入グループの認知機能と身体機能に正の影響を与えることが示された。 これらの知見は、シナプソロジーが他の介入と比較して高齢者の認知機能および身体機能を維持または向上させる可能性を示唆している。したがって、シナプソロジーは日本のような「超高齢化」社会の中で有益なツールとして作用できるだろう。

A comparison of the Mini-Mental State Examination scores and six physical function tests, before and after the intervention, shows that the SYNAP had a positive impact on the cognitive and physical functions among the intervention group. These finding ssuggest that SYNAP may help maintain or improve cogni-tive and physical functions among older adults compared to no interventions. Therefore, SYNAP would act as a beneficial tool amidst a superaging society like Japan.
