2) 根治度Aの手術が行われたと判断されている
3) 病理組織学的診断により組織学的にStageⅢと診断されている
4) 根治手術が2012年1月～2016年12月の間に施行されている

本研究は、既存の臨床情報のみを用いた後ろ向きの疫学研究である。
大腸癌研究会の参加施設において2012年1月～2016年12月の間に治癒切除が行われた、75歳以上のpStage III大腸癌症例が対象となる。
手術時年齢、性別、病理情報、補助化学療法情報、再発の有無と確認日、転帰（生存／死亡）とその確認日などを収集する

This study is a retrospective cohort study. Clinicopathological informations are collected from patients (over 75 years of age) with Stage III colorectal cancer operated form 2012 to 2016.
