膵癌に対するEUS-FNABにおける実体顕微鏡を用いた検体の評価において、事前研究で算出された白色検体長のカットオフ値（11mm）を用いた場合の有効性（悪性診断の感度）を前向きに検証する。

・穿刺針は原則として22ゲージのディスポーザブル吸引生検針「AcquireTM，Boston Scientific社製」とする。
・初回穿刺と2穿刺目いずれにおいてもカットオフ値を超える白色検体が得られなかった場合には、上限を5回として、白色検体長が11mmを超えるまで追加穿刺と白色検体長の測定を行う。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
・各種画像検査で膵癌を疑う所見を指摘され、治療方針の決定のために病理診断が必要な症例
・切除可能境界もしくは切除不能の症例
・登録前14日以内の身体所見および臨床検査結果において、検査にともなう鎮静剤の使用が可能な呼吸機能、心機能、腎機能、肝機能等の主要臓器機能が保持されている症例
・試験参加について患者本人から文書にて同意が得られている20歳以上の症例

・重篤な精神疾患の既往または治療中であり、試験への参加が困難と判断される症例
・その他、担当医師が対象として不適当と判断した症例
