日本語
通所介護・短期入所生活介護を利用する要支援・要介護高齢者に対し、歯科医師が歯科検診を実施する。その評価結果を基に、歯科医師・歯科衛生士・看護師・口腔ケア関係者が連携して個々の対象者に合わせた口腔ケアプランを作成し、口腔ケアの実施・指導を行う。これらの口腔ケアシステムの実践の有効性を評価する。

Dentists conduct a dental checkup for the elderly requiring home-based support and care who use outpatient nursing care services or short-stay nursing care services facilities. Based on the evaluation results, dentists, dental hygienists, nurses, and oral care professionals collaborate to create oral care plans tailored to individual subjects, and provide and guide oral care. We evaluate the effectiveness of these oral care system practice

主な結果/Results

日本語
口腔ケア介入前後の口腔内細菌数と口腔衛生状況の変化を評価したところ、舌背の一般細菌数は有意に減少し、O'Learyらのプラークコントロールレコード（PCR）と地域歯周疾患処置必要度指数（CPITN）およびOHAT日本語版(OHAT-J)の有意な改善を認めた。

When the number of oral bacteria and changes in oral hygiene before and after oral care intervention were evaluated, the number of general bacteria on the back of the tongue decreased significantly, and O'Leary's Plaque Control Record (PCR), Community Periodontal Index of Treatment Needs (CPITN), and Japanese version of the Oral Health Assessment Tool (OHAT-J) significantly improved.
