主な結果/Results

日本語
高齢サルコペニア患者はたんぱく質摂取量は充足していたが、SMIは低値であった。

高齢患者の栄養指導においてはたんぱく質摂取量だけでなく、GNRI、NRI-JHによる栄養スクリーニングが必要であることが示唆された。

サルコペニア群はBMIが有意に低く、過去5年間で体重の増減がないことから、低体重を防ぐための栄養指導が必要であると思われる。

Elderly patients with sarcopenia had adequate protein intake but low SMI.

It was suggested that nutritional screening by GNRI and NRI-JH is necessary in addition to protein intake in nutritional guidance for elderly patients.

The sarcopenia group had a significantly lower BMI and no weight gain or loss over the past 5 years, suggesting the need for nutritional guidance to prevent underweight.
