2007年4月1日から2019年３月31日までに群馬大学医学部附属病院にて全身麻酔もしくは脊髄くも膜下麻酔にて手術を受けた方を対象とする。

予定外手術により手術室に入室した日時、手術内容、手術時間、麻酔時間、麻酔法、麻酔体制のデータを利用する。また、予定手術についても同様の項目を収集する。また、手術室入室時刻の前橋の気象データ（気温、気圧、風向、天気、日照など）と予定外手術発生の関連を調査する。

Data on the date and time of entering the operating room due to unscheduled surgery, details of surgery, operation time, anesthesia time, anesthesia method, and number of anesthesiolosists are used. The same items are also collected for scheduled operations. In addition, we will investigate the relationship between the weather data (temperature, pressure, wind direction, weather, sunshine, etc.) of Maebashi at the time of operating room entry and the occurrence of unscheduled surgery.
