本研究の目的は，慢性腰痛を有する者に対するWeb介入が，すでに慢性腰痛に対する有効性が明らかになっている疼痛教育と比較して，プレゼンティーイズムによる健康関連費用損失へどのような影響を与えるかについて検討することである．

腰痛対策Webサービスとして法人向けに提供されているポケットセラピスト（株式会社バックテック）を使用する．ポケットセラピストは，理学療法士や作業療法士などの国家資格を保有する医療専門職が，オンラインでのチャット（画像やエクササイズ動画の送信機能を含む）でのやり取りを通じて，研究対象者に合わせた運動療法，認知行動療法，作業管理指導などを行う．チャットでのやり取りであるため，研究対象者は各自の好きなタイミングでポケットセラピストを利用することが可能である．

We use Pocket Therapist(Backtech, Inc.), which is a web service for corporate clients to deal with back pain. Pocket therapists are nationally qualified medical professionals, such as physical and occupational therapists, who provide customized exercise therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and occupational management guidance to research subjects through online chat (including the ability to send images and exercise videos). Because it is a chat exchange, the study subjects can use the Pocket Therapist at any time.

慢性腰痛をはじめとした筋骨格系疼痛に対する有効性がすでに明らかになっている疼痛教育を行う．具体的には、慢性腰痛と心理社会的要因の関連，運動の有効性，作業環境管理などに関する内容をメールマガジンとして配信する．なお，配信頻度は，週に一回とする．

We provide pain education that has already been shown to be effective for musculoskeletal pain. Specifically, we send out an email newsletter with information on the relationship between chronic low back pain and psychosocial factors, the effectiveness of exercise, and work environment management. The frequency of distribution will be once a week.
