主な結果/Results

日本語
2年間の追跡調査の結果，要介護度改善群30名(19.5%)，維持・悪化群124名(80.5%)であった．要介護度の改善を従属変数としたロジスティック回帰分析の結果，5m通常歩行時間(OR 0.87, 95%CI: 0.76-0.98)，膝関節伸展筋力(OR 1.08, 95%CI: 1.00-1.16)が独立した関連因子として抽出された．

After 2 years of follow-up, 30 patients (19.5%) in the improvement group and 124 patients (80.5%) in the maintenance and worsening group required nursing care. As a result of logistic regression analysis with improvement in the level of care required as the dependent variable, 5m normal walking time (OR 0.87, 95%CI: 0.76-0.98) and knee joint extension muscle strength (OR 1.08, 95%CI: 1.00-1.16) were extracted as independent related factors.
