アテネ不眠尺度（0～24点）で6点以上（不眠症の可能性が高い）の人

A person with a score of 6 or more (highly likely to have insomnia) on the Athens Insomnia Scale (0-24 points)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・睡眠薬（市販薬を含む）を内服中の人
・精神疾患、むずむず脚症候群、周期性四肢運動障害、ナルコレプシー、睡眠時随伴症で医療機関に受診している人
・睡眠時無呼吸症候群で過去または現在、治療していた/している人、あるいは、睡眠時に無呼吸があると他人から言われる等、その疑いが高い人
・多量飲酒者
・交替勤務者

People taking oral sleep medications (including over-the-counter medications)
Persons who are referred to a medical institution for mental illness, restless leg syndrome, periodic limb movement disorder, narcolepsy, parasomnia
People who have been treated or have been treated for sleep apnea syndrome in the past or present, or who are highly suspicious, such as being told by others that they have apnea during sleep
Heavy drinker
Shift worker
