用法: 口腔ケアに加え、ペコぱんだ (株式会社ジェイ・エム・エス) を用いた舌トレーニングを週2回、1セット6回以下を3セット行う

Administration: In addition to oral care program, tongue training with Peko-panda (JMS Co., Ltd.) is performed twice a week, three sets of less than six times/set.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 新聖会が口腔ケアを担当するグループホームに入居する65歳以上の認知症患者

2. 研究代表医師が試験の参加に問題ないと判断した者

3. スクリーニング検査時 (ベースライン) の最大舌圧が30 kPa未満の者

4. スクリーニング検査時 (ベースライン) の最大舌圧が30 kPa未満の者が実施症例数を超えていた場合は、最大舌圧が相対的に低い者を優先的に選抜する。

1. Subjects aged 65 or over who were diagnosed with dementia and were living in nursing homes where Medical Corporation Shinseikai involves in intraoral care

2. Subjects who are judged as eligible to participate in the study by the principal investigator

3. Subjects whose maximum tongue pressure is less than 30 kPa at screening (baseline)

4. If number of people whose maximum tongue pressure is less than 30 kPa at screening (baseline) exceed the sample size, select subjects with relatively low value in maximum tongue pressure
