当施設で新たに2017年より母子包括ケア新規9項目を施行し、母子包括施行前の2011年から2012年と、施行後の2017年以降を、エジンバラ産後うつ病自己評価票で比較検討する

Nine new items for maternal and child comprehensive care will be implemented at this facility from 2017.Comparisons will be made between 2011 and 2012 before maternal and child comprehensive care and after 2017 after the use of the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale.

母児同室にする、頻回授乳をする、早期母子接触を行なう、不必要なミルクの補足はしない、できるだけ人工乳首を使用しない、赤ちゃんの母乳吸啜メカニズムに基づく乳房ケア、産前指導・乳頭チェックを行なう、育児指導を行なう、出産後夫の育児体験入院を行なう

主な結果/Results
日本語
出産当日より母子同室を開始したのは、対象群が13.2％、介入群が94.7％だった。同室日数は対象群が平均5.7日、介入群が6.5日だった。栄養方法は母乳のみが対象群は67.0％、介入群は72.6％、混合栄養が対象群は33.0％、介入群が27.5％だった。EPDS平均得点は対象群が3.6±3.8点、介入群が2.7±3.2点、EPDS高得点者が対象群は10.4％、介入群が5.0％だった。対象群、介入群ともに母乳栄養のみのほうがEPDSの得点が有意に低かった。
