選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

術前の検査により最大径10cm以下で原発性卵巣癌Ⅰ期またはⅡ期が疑われ、病理組織にて悪性（漿液性癌、明細胞癌、粘液性癌、類内膜癌、その他）と診断された女性、または初回手術にて付属器切除が行われ、病理検査にて悪性（境界悪性も含む）と診断された女性

The minimally invasive approach can be considered for restaging surgery in cases, pathologic examination showed HGSC, clear cell carcinoma, mucinous carcinoma and endometrioid carcinoma when the initial ovarian tumour has been removed and there is no risk of rupture of the ovarian lesion under 10cm

子宮筋腫や子宮腺筋症により腹腔鏡下手術が困難
