除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・定期健診などで医師の診断により、先天的な障害や運動発達の遅延が認められている乳幼児。
・アトピー性皮膚炎、乾癬など重篤な皮膚炎に罹患している乳幼児。
・腰に活動量計を装着することに拒否反応を示す乳幼児。
・自宅から試験会場への来場が困難である乳幼児。
・普段、紙おむつを使用していない乳幼児。

-Infants with congenital obstacles or delayed motor development, as diagnosed by a physical during regular medical examinations.
-Infants who refuse to wear an activity meter on their waist.
-Infants who have difficulty coming to the test center from home.
-Infants who do not usually use disposable diapers.

主な結果/Results

活動量計を装着した状態でハイハイ、つかまり立ち、つたい歩き等をしてもらい、その時の運動強度を記録して集計した結果、動きが大きくなるにつれて運動強度も大きくなることが分かった。また、運動強度が高くなると持続時間が短くなった。歩行前の乳幼児の動作は活動量計を用いて定量できる可能性が示唆された。

歩き出す前の乳幼児の動きを定量化する目的で、活動量計で運動強度を計測した。活動量計を装着した状態でハイハイ、つかまり立ち、つたい歩き等をしてもらい、その時の運動強度を記録して集計した結果、動きが大きくなるにつれて運動強度も大きくなることが分かった。また、運動強度が高くなると持続時間が短くなった。歩行前の乳幼児の動作は活動量計を用いて定量できる可能性が示唆された。
