ウォーターレス法では「石けんでの手洗い」と「アルコール消毒」、ツーステージ法では「スクラブ剤での手洗い」と「アルコール消毒」を行う。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
①研究参加にあたり文書による同意が得られた看護師
②手術室看護師として専従の看護師
③創分類でClass IもしくはClass IIの手術に、1時間程度またはそれ以上（上限4時間）携わる看護師
④普段の手術前手洗いで、スクラブ剤や消毒剤にクロルヘキシジンのみを用いる看護師
⑤　同意取得時年齢が20歳以上

1. Nurses providing the written informed consent for participating in this study
2. Nurses working full-time in surgical wards
3. Nurses engaging in operation of wound classification Class I or II for around 1 hour or more than 1hour (upper limit 4 hours)
4. Nurses who use chlorhexidine alone as a scrub agent or disinfectant in ordinary hand-washing before operation
5. Nurses are >=20 years of age at the time of informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①極度（アトピー性皮膚炎の皮膚炎診療ガイドライン2018に記載のある「重症度のめやす」を参考に形成外科医が評価し、4段階評価の3以上）の手荒れがある看護師
②日常生活において、通常の業務、家事の程度を超えて、手荒れや怪我の原因となるような作業を行う看護師
③ステロイド含有のハンドクリームを使用している看護師
④前腕、手、手指部に皮膚疾患などのある看護師
⑤直近に洗浄部位をケガ、熱傷受傷、潰瘍、出血、膠原病、全身代謝疾患などで内服、外用剤をもちいている看護師
⑥抗凝固剤、抗血小板剤、ステロイドなど免疫抑制剤使用している看護師
⑦主治医の判断でこの研究に支障がある薬物を使用している看護師

1. Nurses with severe skin rash in the hand and fingers (in score 3 and 4 in Atopic dermatitis guideline 2018 below)
2. Nurses engaging in activities which causes rough hands and injury exceeding ordinary duties or house works in daily life
3. Nurses using hand cream containing steroid
4. Nurses with skin diseases in forearms, hands and fingers.
5. Nurses who recently injure a washing part and who use oral medicines or external preparations for treatment of burn injury, ulcer, bleeding, connective tissue disease and systemic metabolic disease
6. Nurses medicated with anti-coagulant, anti-platelet or immunosuppressant including steroids
7. Nurses using drugs interfering this study by the judgment of their own family doctor
