開始当初117名を地域集会場にて運動指導し、110名がアンケート調査に協力された。以降は、3か月おきに継続指導を行った。途中、モチベーションの低下や参加者の所用などにより45名が脱落したが1年後の調査に65名参加された。65名の調査結果からロコモティブシンドロームに該当する対象にはロコトレによる運動機能の改善効果があり、特にロコモ度2・3の対象では高い効果が認められた。

In the beginning, 117 people were instructed to exercise at a local meeting place and 110 people completed a questionnaire. Since then, the training has been continued every three months. The results of the survey showed that LocoTraining improved locomotive function in subjects with the locomotive syndrome, especially in subjects with locomotive-2 and locomotive-3.
