1. 正常体重肥満の基準を満たす
　（男性：18.5 =< BMI (kg/m2) < 25　かつ　体脂肪率 (%) >= 20
　　女性：18.5 =< BMI (kg/m2) < 25 かつ　体脂肪率 (%) >= 30）
2. 日本語での意思疎通が可能である
3. 当該アプリをダウンロードおよび使用可能である

1. Meet the normal weight obesity criteria.
(Male: 18.5 =< BMI (kg/m2) < 25 and body fat rate (%) >= 20
Female: 18.5 =< BMI (kg/m2) < 25 and body fat rate (%) >= 30)
2. Fluent in Japanese.
3. Capable to use smart phone application.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 循環器疾患で治療中もしくは既往があり、かつ医師による運動制限がある
2. 糖尿病、腎疾患、呼吸器疾患、整形疾患、先天性疾患、神経筋疾患などで治療中、かつ医師による運動制限がある
3. 妊娠中もしくは、妊娠中である可能性がある
4. 産後3か月以内である
5. 体脂肪率の減少や体組成の改善を目的とする介入研究に参加している

1. Under treatment or have history of cardiovascular diseases and limited ones' physical activity by doctors.
2. Under treatment of diabetes mellitus, kidney diseases, respiratory diseases, orthopedic diseases, congenital diseases, neuromuscular disease and limited ones' physical activity by doctors.
3. The period of pregnancy or have possibility of it.
4. Within three months of childbirth.
5. Participants of intervention programs to reduce body fat rate or to improve body composition.
