1)同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上70歳未満の健常な成人男女
2)参加者の自由意思に基づき、試験の参加に同意する者

1) Healthy adults whose age at the time of consent acquisition date is from 20 years old to under 69 years old
2) Subjects who obtained informed consents

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1) 同意のない者
2)測定の実施が困難な者
3)医師や管理栄養士、保健師などの医療専門職から食事指導を受け、ご自身の食事記録を行っている者（自主的に食事記録を行っている方は除く)
4)共同研究者や研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した者

2)Persons who are difficult to measure by hand due to injury or illness
3)Persons who receive dietary advice from health care workers (doctor,nutrition,public health nurse) and keep a dietary record
(Excluding voluntary dietary record)
4)Persons who are judged to be unsuitable as research subjects by their collaborators or research directors
