選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1) 組織学的に胃癌悪性腫瘍と診断されている.
2) 5 cm以下の進行胃癌、ガイドラインでESDの相対適応病変である早期胃癌、もしくはガイドラインでESD適応であるものの技術的にESD困難な早期胃癌である.
3) 肉眼型が 4 型あるいは大型（上部消化管内視鏡による肉眼診断で腫瘍径が 8 cm 以上）の 3 型ではない.
4) 経口摂取が可能.
5) 試験参加について, 患者本人から文章で同意が得られている.

1) Histologically proven gastric cancer
2) Preoperatively diagnosed as "advanced gastric cancer within 5cm" or "early gastric cancer with relative indication according to guideline or early gastric cancer indicative of ESD treatment, but technically difficult for ESD"
3) Neither Borrmann type 4 nor large (>=8 cm) type 3
4) Patient who can do oral intake
5) With written informed consent before surgery

2) 説明同意書で同意が得られない症例
