日本語
多層ベースラインデザインを用いて4週間にわたる心理学的介入を実施する。2週間ずつ，指定された課題を毎日行ってもらう。課題は、「その日にあった出来事」の「いつ」「どこで」「詳細」を記入する課題と，「手がかり語から連想される過去の出来事」を思い出す課題で構成される。

Using the multiple baseline design, the intervention program will be conducted for 4 weeks. Participants conduct the assigned task every day. Participants recall specific memories of the day and complete details regarding the event. In addition, they are asked to recall specific memories associated with each cue word. A part of participants are also asked to imagine future events.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1)BDI-II得点が14点以上である
(2)AMTスコアが7点以下である
(3)スマートフォンまたはパソコンを所有しており、オンライン上でのアンケート回答が可能な者
(4)本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、被験者本人の自由意思に基づき文書による同意が得られた者

(1)Individuals with BDI-II score of 14 or higher
(2)Individuals with AMT score of 7 or less
(3)Individuals who have a smartphone and/or PC to answer the questionnaires via online survey
(4)Obtained informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1)脳に外傷を負ったり内出血をしたりといった問題により脳機能障害がある患者
(2)精神病症状（妄想、幻覚、幻聴など）を併発している患者
(3)その他、研究責任者が被験者として不適当と判断した患者
