選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
京大病院整形外科外来へ肩関節痛または腰痛を訴えて受診し、かつ臨床上これらの部位のMRI撮影が必要と判断された患者である。成人し自己にて研究参加を承諾できる患者のみを対象とする。

The orthopaedic outpatients of Kyoto University Hospital aged not less than 20 years old, who are suffered from shoulder or lumbar pain, who are thought to need taking MRI for diagnosis, and who can independently express their participation in this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
肩関節と腰の両方に痛みを訴える患者、肩関節もしくは腰に手術を受けたことのある患者は除外する。また、MRI撮影が禁忌として指定されている脳動脈クリップ等の金属インプラントやペースメーカーを施術された患者は除外する。さらに、同一肢位の保持が困難であるなど、研究担当者または担当医が検査項目の実施を困難であると判断した患者も除外する。加えて、FDGの取り込みに影響を与えるので検査中の簡易血糖測定器で200 mg/dl以上の血糖値を示した患者は除外する。

2) the patients who had surgeries in the shoulder or lumbar spine.
3) the patients who have intracephalic aneurysm clips or heart pacemakers which are contraindicated to MRI.
4) the patients whom the examiners do not think applicable.
5) the patients who show more than 200 mg/dl of blood glucose level during the examination.
