障害のある人の就労の長期継続に寄与する要因を障がい者側からのアプローチで特定し，大学側の在学中の支援方策と企業側の適切な労働環境を検討し，さらに広く障がい者の就労環境改善に貢献することを目的とする。

The study aims to identify factors that people with disabilities themselves perceive as contributing to their remaining longer in a single job, with the goal that results will inform efforts aimed at supporting university students and people with disabilities who are currently employed, in both the university context and the workplace.

・性別・年齢は問わない。

・4年以上働いている者は，4年未満の人に比べ，仕事以外のことについて上司への相談しやすさが有意に高かった。
・3年以上働いている者は，3年未満の人に比べ，家族の障害に対する理解が有意に高かった。
