主な結果/Results

SGLT2i治療開始後早期の最低eGFRは (34.7±5.7)であり,治療開始前に比べて有意な低下(平均 -8.2%)を認めた。69例(81.2%)にSGLT2i治療開始後早期eGFR低下を認め37例(43.5%)にはSGLT2i治療開始後早期にeGFR前値の10%以上の大きな低下を認めた。

The mean minimum eGFR early after SGLT2i administration was 34.9 mL/min/1.73 m2, which was significantly lower than before treatment (mean, -7.7%). Seventy patients (80.5%) had IAD-eGFR, and 36 patients (41.4%) had a large IAD-eGFR (more than10%).

当院外来通院患者カルテ検索から2019年11月時点でSGLT2i治療が6ヶ月以上継続されておりSGLT2i投与開始時に(30≦eGFR <45 ml/min/1.73m2)の腎機能低下(CKD G3b)合併を認めた患者を研究対象
