ロボット支援手術はda Vinci Surgical System χを用い、対象術式は「胸腔鏡下肺悪性腫瘍手術（肺葉切除又は１肺葉を超えるもので内視鏡手術用支援機器を用いる場合に限る。）」である。治療および診断方針、肺癌のリンパ節廓清範囲は肺癌診療ガイドライン2018年度版に準拠して行う。

Robotic-assisted surgery is performed using the da Vinci Surgical System x, and the target procedure is "thoracoscopic pulmonary malignancy surgery (resection of the lung lobes or more than one lung lobe with endoscopic surgical support equipment). 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

・PS(Performance Status)が0または1
・当該疾患に対する前治療がない
・本試験参加へ文書で同意が得られている
・術前の画像診断もしくは病理検査で肺悪性腫瘍と診断が得られている
・原発性肺悪性腫瘍の場合、術前の画像診断で肺癌に準じた臨床病期がI-II期と判断されている
・転移性肺悪性腫瘍の場合、肺以外の臓器に転移を認めない

PS (Performance Status) is 0 or 1.
No prior treatment for the disease.
Consent to participate in the study has been obtained in writing.
Diagnosis of pulmonary malignancy has been obtained by preoperative imaging or pathological examination.
In the case of primary lung malignancy, preoperative imaging indicates that the clinical stage of lung cancer is stage I-II.

・精神疾患があり本試験への参加が困難と判断された症例
・研究責任者が対象者として不適当と判断した症例
