2. 65歳以上の入院患者。
3. 灸治療が適するという、漢方専門医の診断を受けている。

2. Inpatients aged 65 or older.
3. Having a diagnosis by a Kampo (Japanese herbal medicine) specialist that moxibustion treatment is suitable.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

2. 最近2週間以内に新たな薬剤を摂取した。
3. 熱刺激に対する過敏症の既往がある。

高齢者に対する直接灸の効果について、CONUT Score、体重、内臓脂肪量、NK細胞機能、PS（Performance Status）を用いて、治療前、治療開始後4週目、8週目、12週目に経時的に検討する。
