本研究は代表的なコミュニケーション障害の原因である脳血管障害と認知症により，コミュニケーション障害を有する人の談話特徴を明らかにすることを目的とする．コミュニケーション障害に対する評価，及びアプローチに有用であると考える．検査時間が短く，簡便に実施可能な検査バッテリーを使用することで，臨床現場での活用が期待される．

The purpose of this study is to clarify the discourse characteristics of persons with communication disorders due to cerebrovascular diseases and dementia, which are the causes of typical communication disorders.

・左側の一惻性脳損傷であり失語を有すると診断をされた者
・右側の一惻性脳損傷でありコミュニケーション障害を有すると診断された者
・アルツハイマー型認知症と診断された者

英語
Persons who have been diagnosed with aphasic brain injury on the left side and has aphasia.
Persons who have been diagnosed as having the right side of the brain injury and a communication disorder.
Persons diagnosed with Alzheimer-type dementia.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・検査に支障が出る程度の聴覚障害又は視覚障害を認める者
・医学的リスクを有する者
・検査の指示理解が困難な者

Persons with hearing or visual impairments that interfere with inspection.
Persons with medical risks.
Persons who have difficulty understanding inspection instructions.
