通常のリハビリテーションプログラムに加えて、１回30～40分程度の色カルタを用いた集団活動を週2回、4週間実施。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
調査協力病院等に入院中の65歳以上の高齢者のうち，選択基準をすべて満たし，除外基準のいずれにも該当しない者．
＜選択基準＞
・整形疾患により回復期病棟に入院している者
・もの忘れや記憶力の低下を感じている者
・30分以上の座位保持が可能な者

英語
The study participants comprise elderly subjects aged 65 years and older with decline in cognitive function and orthopedic diseases in a convalescent rehabilitation ward. The inclusion criteria were a Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE)s' score of 10-26 points, the ability to sit for more than 30 minutes, and to communication by language.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・大腿骨，骨盤，脊椎，股関節又は膝関節の神経，筋又は靱帯損傷後により入院している者
・言語による意思疎通が困難な者
・精神疾患の既往がある者

Exclusion criteria were those who had difficulty communicating by language and who had a mental disease.
